HongKong Chamber of Commerce to transmit for the consider-

ation of Her Majesty's Government the enclosed copy of e

rezolution, passed at a meeting of thơ Chamber held on

the 18th. instant, regarding the desirability of renewing

the contract with the Canadian Pacific Railway for the

carriage or Hails from Hongkong via the Pacific and

Vancouver and providing for an accelerated and fortnightly

service.
